When your feed keeps changing, your line has to keep up
BMH designs and delivers shredders and complete process lines for waste management operators worldwide. From single machines to turn-key SRF and RDF production lines, we serve independent operators, family businesses, and global waste management companies processing ICW, MSW and demanding mixed waste streams.
Waste management operations rarely stand still. Feed composition shifts with the seasons, contracts, and the low-cost mixed lots that the line has to handle just as reliably. On top of that, different end users have their own specifications for fuel quality and particle size. In a business where every cent in operating costs counts, a reliable and adjustable line is what protects both uptime and profitability.
BMH shredders and process lines are engineered for exactly this reality. The TYRANNOSAURUS® product family handles the difficult streams that many shredders struggle to process, from textiles, mattresses and carpets to contaminated mixed loads. Our solutions range from single shredders to complete SRF and RDF production lines, all engineered to deliver consistent, high-quality output from inconsistent feed.
Every project is designed around your operation. We select the right combination of shredders and separation equipment, plan the layout to fit your site, and build in the adjustability to handle changing feedstock and end-user requirements. For our customers, this has meant fitting a new line into a tight existing hall, adding a separation step to remove PVC or fines for a demanding end user, or bypassing individual steps when the feedstock changes.
What waste streams can BMH solutions handle?
BMH shredders and process lines are engineered for industrial waste handling and processing, from ICW and MSW to demanding mixed and bulky loads.

Get to know BMH’s two SRF production lines for different operating environments
BMH offers two complete SRF production lines: the TYRANNOSAURUS® 8500 and the TYRANNOSAURUS® 9900. Both produce reliable, high-quality SRF and RDF from ICW and MSW, but they are engineered for different operating conditions and process requirements.
TYRANNOSAURUS® 8500 SRF Production Line
The TYRANNOSAURUS® 8500 SRF Production Line is a complete, industrial-scale solution built around the TYRANNOSAURUS® 8500 Shredder. It delivers reliable output and consistent particle size for waste management operators, cement producers and SRF suppliers worldwide.
- Capacity: 10–25 tonnes per hour
- Input materials: ICW and pre-sorted MSW
- Designed for: Industrial-scale SRF and RDF production in standard operating environments, where a compact, turn-key line offers the best fit
Key characteristics:
- Compact turn-key line built around the TYRANNOSAURUS® 8500 Shredder with high-efficiency electric drive and Zero Gap® cutting technology
- Open belt outfeed conveyor design for accessible, cost-effective maintenance
TYRANNOSAURUS® 9900 SRF Production Line
The TYRANNOSAURUS® 9900 SRF Production Line is built around the TYRANNOSAURUS® 9900 Shredder for operations that require higher throughput, dust-tight construction, or specialised material handling. It is engineered for demanding SRF and RDF production environments, from high-capacity waste refining to fuel preparation for applications with the highest quality requirements.
- Capacity: Up to 80 tonnes per hour of ICW or MSW per line
- Input materials: ICW, MSW and high-moisture MSW
- Designed for: Large-scale SRF and RDF production, demanding operating environments, and applications with strict environmental or quality requirements
Key characteristics:
- Built around the TYRANNOSAURUS® 9900 Shredder with Zero Gap® cutting technology and MIPS® impact protection, engineered for one-stage size reduction and high availability
- Dust-tight, fully enclosed conveying technology and compliance with ATEX and international design standards for demanding operating environments
