I work in different development projects and ventures both inside the company as well as outside of it in customer interfaces and partner networks. My role in BMH’s management board is to act as a messenger for the Technology department and to ensure the operational preconditions for equipment engineering and technology development.

My biggest motivation is to know that my work contribution doesn’t go to waste but it actually benefits my employer and our customers. Working with talented people is one of the best things in my job.
