Bioflame solution in Kivenlahti Power Plant, Espoo, Finland
Fortum Power and Heat Oy produces district heating for the city of Espoo in Finland. Fortum changed two existing oil-fired boilers to use wood pellet in Kivenlahti, Espoo.
BMH’s Bioflame solution consists of wood pellet receiving, fuel quality control, storage systems and feeding conveyor to pulverised system. The plant delivery included fuel handling equipment, erection and commissioning.
