Stocker Reclaimers

Stoker reclaimers are used in BMH Fuel Receiving & Feeding Stations to provide an even and easily controlled material flow to the subsequent handling process. Both pit-mounted and overground models are available.

The reclaimer consists of one or more discharging sledges, max. 16 m long. Each sledge is typically 2 m wide and it has a hydraulic drive of its own.

Structural and operational advantages:

•	applicable for various types of solid bio fuels
•	custom-made to meet your specific requirements in terms of the purpose of use and material to be handled
•	capable of serving as a small buffer storage as such
•	no costly excavations required for overground reclaimer models
•	applicable for discharging bulk materials also from open-air or closed storages regardless of the storage size, the required operational range can be achieved by installing a sufficient number of reclaimer units parallel to each other.
•	straightforward, simple construction - easy maintenance
•	low operating costs
