TYRANNOSAURUS® Waste to Fuel solution turns waste to profit with high availability and low production costs. All equipment operate together intelligently by high level of automation to optimize production capacity and fuel quality. All Waste to Fuel solutions of BMH Technology are customized according to the infeed material and specified fuel quality.

Process overview

TYRANNOSAURUS® Waste Refining Process turns waste in to high quality Solid Recovered Fuel.

1. Shredding
The heart of the process is the shredder. TYRANNOSAURUS® shredder can handle even as much as 50 tons of waste in hour to as small as 80 mm particle size. TYRANNOSAURUS® shredder protects itself intelligently with MIPS® (Massive Impact Protection System), which automatically rejects unshreddable particles. ZeroGap® hydraulic knive adjustment guarantees right particle size and continuous maximum capacity.

4. Feeding
TYRANNOSAURUS® Step Feeder transports optimal amount of material to the TYRANNOSAURUS® shredder. Step Feeder works as both, transporter and buffer, which enables the shredder to operate on maximum capacity.

5. Separation
In order to increase fuel quality must valuables and inert be separated from the material. First the magnet separates ferrous metals. After the magnet TYRANNOSAURUS® Fines Screen screens small particles, such as sand. Non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, are separated with Eddy Current Separator. The screening process is finalized by TYRANNOSAURUS® Air Classifier which ensures that the fuel quality is suitable for combustion.

6. Fine Shredding
The quality of the processed fuel can be increased by fine shredding. Tyrannosaurus Fine Shredders can reduce the particle size to as small as 20-25 mm which increases the combustibility of the fuel.
